Return & Exchange Policy – Black Foundry Apparel

At Black Foundry Apparel Co, we believe in making gear with meaning — and getting your order right matters to us. If there’s an issue, we’ll fix it.

🔧 Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival?

If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

📩 Contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@blackfoundryapparel.com
We’ll handle it quickly and fairly.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, and pet hair

💵 Refund to Original Payment Method

  • A $5–$15 restocking fee per item applies
  • Customers cover return shipping
  • Refund = Product price – (Restocking fee + original shipping)

Return labels can be provided upon request; label cost will be deducted from the refund.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Only accepted for the same product in a different size
  • No restocking fee
  • Customer covers both return shipping and shipping of the new item

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • We cannot cancel an order after 6 hours from the time of purchase, as it will have already been automatically sent into production. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items (discount >30%)
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Accessories, drinkware, blankets, totes, and headwear

🎁 Holiday Return Deadlines

Seasonal/holiday items are not eligible for return or exchange after the following dates:

  • Valentine’s Day: After Feb 9, 2025
  • St. Patrick’s Day: After Mar 13, 2025
  • Halloween: After Oct 29, 2025
  • Christmas/Holiday: After Dec 18, 2025

Holiday Season Notice

During the holiday and year-end period, order volumes rise significantly — which may cause slight delays in production and delivery times.
To keep up with demand, we may partner with trusted third-party facilities for printing and fulfillment.

But don’t worry — we hold every item to the same standard of quality and craftsmanship you expect from Black Foundry Apparel Co.
